Technical Support Specialist
Qualifications
Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in customer support or system administration,
Strong passion for exceeding customer expectations,
Proven ability to understand and debug complex software systems,
Solid understanding of how Internet and WWW work,
Solid knowledge of Internet protocols; experience in packet capturing tools and traffic analyzing,
Proficient with multiple operating systems and shell scripting – UNIX/Linux and Windows,
Excellent knowledge of English,

Job description
Provide Layer 3 troubleshooting and technical support to customers,
Responsible for fault reproduction, debugging and issue resolution,
Work closely with development teams to resolve issues,
Create technical documentations and FAQs.
