Berqnet Cyber Security Technologies Inc (“Berqnet Siber Güvenlik”), we carry out our activities in compliance with the legislation on Personal Data and the decisions of the Personal Data Protection Board (“Board”). Pursuant to Article 10 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“Law”), it is foreseen that the real persons (“Relevant Person”) shall be informed during the acquisition of Personal Data. This clarification text has been prepared in order to inform the Relevant Persons whose Personal Data are processed by Berqnet Siber Güvenlik in accordance with the provisions of the legislation.
